Scented Candles vs Incense
There has always been debate on which is better,
scented candles or incense. Well a debate for those people who like to have a signature scented home.
A long time ago in my adolescents I loved incense. It definitely had a vibe to it that is hard to explain. I think it was the smoke effect that did it, until you set off the fire alarm. Incense was also pretty messy because of the ash from burning it, and should never be left unattended.
Since my teenage years though, I have come to enjoy clean fresh scents that can only be achieved from scented candles. I love scented candles and the meditating vibe that they can invoke. Scented candles come in so many different fragrances and colors, so not only do they have the room freshening effects but also add to your decor. Nothing can compare to the warm glow and luxurious effect a candle adds to a room.
So as I will always have nostalgic memories of incense I am sticking with my scented candles.
