My girlfriend liked my candle gift set the best

Monday, July 28th, 2008

One of my many girlfriends is getting married soon and we’re throwing “another” traditional bachelorette party! I think it’s the third one this year with lots of alcohol, candy and naked dancing men! I don’t mean to sound cruel, but these never ending bachelorette parties are becoming quite a bore. When and if it ever becomes my turn to get hitched, maybe I feel better about them!
This time I was going to do something a little different, instead of skimpy lingerie that are getting skimpier by each party and let’s not forget the blond wig… I was getting her an elegant Candle Gift Sets! I’d found a great Candle Gift Set that contained rose scented candles…her favorite fragrance and some pretty pink Votive candles as well.
When the party was pretty much over, the booze and candy was gone plus the male strippers had left, it was time to open the presents. And like clockwork, here starts the never ending parade of sexy lingerie, thongs and garter belts…Before I was ready to leave, she came over and whispered in my ear; I so appreciate you getting me that beautiful Rose Scented Candle Gift set… I’ll never get my nerve up to wear any of that way too sexy lingerie; at least I got something I can use, thanks to you!!!

Candle Gift Baskets

Gift baskets are great for all occasions. They make a perfect hostess gift but they also are great for birthdays, anniversaries, really anything. They come in sizes big and small, but should be unique to the giver as well as the receiver. As I am a candle lover, OK candle obsessive person, I love giving candle gift baskets. There are even some really great ones for kids.

Now you might think give candles to kids? Yes! I remember having this sun candle when I was about 10 years old and I was so happy just to have it as a decoration on my dresser! There are so many candles out there that are catered toward kids, who wouldn’t want the Pillsbury dough boy with donuts sitting next to their bed?
