Return Policy

We are proud to stand 100% behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply obtain a return authorization number from our customer service & return your product for a refund.

All returns require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Shipping charges and gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable, except in the event that CandleDecorStore shipped you the wrong items. Customers receiving free shipping will be charged the exact shipping charge for shipping if their order is returned for a refund of the original purchase price.

Refunds will only be made to the original payment within 7-10 days of our receipt of the return.

A 15% return fee may apply in the case of wrong ordered item by the client.

A 15% restocking fee will be added to cancellations that have been shipped.

All non-defective items returned must be in the original complete packaging. We recommend a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail. We cannot be responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. Our full liability is limited to the refund of the purchase price of the merchandise.
